Annual Report

The Old Colony Planning Council (OCPC) is a comprehensive regional agency assisting local communities in dealing with air and water pollution, transportation deficiencies and economic distress. This annual report helped heighten awareness of OCPC in the region by highlighting their mission, vision and impact as it related to the various disciplines they manage. The graphics and colors used came from their recently developed logo and help to reinforce their brand throughout the brochure.
